This product is fantastic. We've tried other prostate health products and nothing compares. My hubby used to get up three or four times a night, now only once or twice (and he doesn't take the recommended two caps, only one).

This is the only prostate support supplement I've tried that without-a-doubt works for me. What was most impressive was how quickly I felt its effects -- within about two days, though I'm sure results will vary from person to person. It helped reduce the frequency of urination, the urgency, etc., and I've been able to avoid going on a prescription medication (have you read the side-effects of those popular/frequently advertised ones? No thanks.). On certain days, when I know I'll be in long meetings or traveling, I'll take an extra dose which always helps. Best of all it's a New Chapter product; I trust them and take a lot of their supplements...their ingredients are of the highest quality and they are environmentally responsible. Like I said, everyone is different but I urge any guy who hasn't tried this to give it a shot for a week or two. It certainly can't hurt and I'll bet you'll be pleased with the results, and that's what counts.

I have been having mild to moderate bph issues for a couple of years now. I have used a couple of different products with varying success. I ordered Prostrate 5lx on the recommendation of a alternative medicine type doctor. Immediatley upon finishing the product I was previously using and beginning the 5lx my symptoms worsened. I don't so much have frequency issues but cannot completely empty my bladder and have dribbling and definite sexual problems as a result. I will be ordering something else as I went backwards using this.
