This is an excellent product for shrinking prostate. It really works. You can get it at Walmart for half the price though. I had previously purchaset at Walmart but they ran out. Of course after I ordered online they restocked. It's $8.00 for the twin pack at Wamart.

Saw Palmetto is great for benign prostrate shrinkage. Face it guys, as we get older we all find ourselves, at night, having to get up more and more often to use the bathroom. This is a great product to bring back the old prostate health. With my doctor's permission I upped the dosage from 2 capsules twice daily to three capsules Spring Valley - Saw Palmetto 450 mg, 200 Capsules, Twin Packtwice daily and my prostate response is like I was in my 30s again.
