I can tell this herb helps me with my prostrate issues because I notice the difference when I do not take it regularly. As I've aged (now 59), I've gone from taking one capsule to 2 capsules. I'm glad I've been able to stay off phama drugs for my prostrate as I've aged so far. My Doctor mentioned this herb 10 years ago to me as an option some of his male patients have benefited from. I find the liquid capsules (like this item) more effective than the caps with the powdered form of this herb.

Good product, reasonable price. I assume it does what it is supposed to do, but it is difficult to tell at the present time, since the main purpose I use it for is to help prevent my hair from falling out and to keep my prostate from getting enlarged.
