Yes, it works. This product not only helps to give you stiffer erections, it helps *sustain* your erections if you're having trouble keeping your member up. It works by increasing blood flow to your member to give you a rock-hard, throbbing hunk of manhood. It takes about an hour to start working.
Now, the side effects: bloodshot eyes and palpitations are the most bothersome (for me at least). I also experience chills and a little nausea. So, be forewarned. Start off by taking half a tablet before you know exactly how your body's going to react to it. Don't take it on an empty stomach! This is a powerful stimulant; a little food will act as a buffer to help your system get used to it gradually.

I've been using this product for well over a month & the effects are very slow and gradual. I don't have any physiological problems but sometimes I lack the drive. If you did some research, you'd be surprised at how many mundane factors can contribute to a lowered sex drive.
Anything from stress, diet, nutrition, environmental causes, etc. I made some fundamental changes in my life as well as taking this supplement and after about a month, I feel more "attuned" with my desires. It is easier for me to feel "responsive".
This product will not work wonders or anything like that, so don't expect a miracle. It takes awhile for your body to absorb the herbs and minerals and then begin to adapt to a new rythm. Also, make sure you look at other factors in your life that could affect your drive. Be sure to take it consistently, have some patience, and this product should begin to have a positive effect.

Update: third time to try these was a Success!! No swollen sinus', I guess my issues from other meds have cleared up. No need to go back to Horny Goat Weed since this product has it and many other proven natural ED ingredients.

First review: I tend to get swollen sinus's from the traditional ED products so I thought I'd give these a try.
After using them twice, I'm not totally pleased. I'm still getting swollen sinus's, they tend to give me a flushing feeling (similar to high dose niacin) but they did work fairly well, as promoted. I'd suggest giving these a try since the price is minimal. I probably will go back to Horny Goat Weed products since the flushing and swelling issues aren't a problem, but this product is better than the weed.

The first time I took this product was on a fairly empty stomach. That is something I would advise that you DO NOT do. Because it contains various stimulants..the effect was overwhelming. I would only take this with some food.
Does it work? I think it does. I wouldnt say there was a dramatic effect on my sex drive..but it took very little to get me going. If you are looking for viagra...go buy viagra...but if you are looking for something that will increase your sex drive from time to time...its a good product.

I've been taking this for about 2 weeks, and had no bad side effects. I do take a lot of herbal supplements already so I am used to them. It gave me bit more energy and made me horny every day. I want to do everything I see. But only mild effect, nothing like a blast.
