After using the product for three months, I can safely say that it has minimal to no effect on my BPH issues. I'm going to be switching to an Ayurvedic remedy that has over ten clinical studies proving its efficacy. I couldn't find any studies on the LEF product, and although the ingredients theoretically should provide relief, the formula just does not work for me.
